Why doesn't Verizon have java???

I mean seriously BREW sucks man! My contract is up and I'm moving to AT&T, and I'm getting the Sony Ericsson w810i [and a 8GB Memory Stick], because honestly until someone cracks BREW I would be left with only GetItNow apps. And, Verizon also blocked mp3 ringtones, and even cut my texting plan w/o my knowledge, yeesh I heard their service was bad but that was just terrible! :(

    ahh Verizon. In my area they have the best coverage but restrict so much. I'd cut and run but I get a discount through work.
