Bootlegs login issue

I was trying to download my copy of the Pearl Jam CD this morning when I woke up with the E-mail account I registered in the goods shop. Apparently, I'm registered with the java program, but do not know my Password. I hit the retrieve my credentials button with my e-mail adress at about 6:30 AM. I still haven't gotten a reply from the system. Please help, I'm especially dire because the CD has yet to be delievered. 
The regisitered E-mail adress is different then the one I log in with, I would be glad to PM it to an admin.
