For those who dont Understand what to do with a .RAR file...

ok here we go

1)What you do is download a program called Winrar from http://www.download.com - its 100 % free

2) run that file you download so you install it, go through it all ( takes 1 second to install )

3) to go your file and right click it and select extract here or extract.... so you can choose the location you want saving too
