Not sure if this is the place but....

I signed up for my Ten club membership on Nov 29 or 30th or something like that, and the email said that I would get another email when my order had been processed and ready to be sent out. It's been almost 3 weeks and I was wondering if this is a normal lag time, or if I've been lost somewhere.

Do I just ask here, or do I need to send an email to the 10C?

    Hmm I remember when I joined it seemed to take a while. I'm guessing with Christmas at all, things might be slower than usual, it can't hurt to email the 10C though
