New Pearl Jam Boots - iTunes problem

I just uploaded The Gorge into my iTunes but for some reason it split the acoustic set from the electric Set. I went into the 'info' for each song and ordered them in number 1-32. I even tried changing the album name but it still splits them. Does anyone know how I can fix it?
