Trouble burning 7/9 Los Angeles

Hello -
I'm sorry if this has been brought up before , but I was unable to find the info that I needed on the board. Today I purchased the 7/9/06 Los Angeles show and downloaded it to my Mac. I converted the FLAC files to WAV, then copied them to iTunes and successfully burnt disc 1. When I attempt to burn disc 2, I get a message telling me that the disc isn't big enough. It's an 80 minute disc, and the songs for the disc are 79:53, so it should fit. I do have my settings at no gap between songs, and the Apple Cares hotline was unable to help me. Can anyone here please help?
