Anyone else have problems burning cd's in iTunes?

I get an error message now, and have for several months, whenever I try and burn a cd from music I've downloaded in iTunes. This happens whether it's a playlist I've created, an album I've dowloaded from iTunes, or a cd I've ripped onto my hard drive. I've done a little research in the past and have found it's a fairly common problem. I've tried e-mailing tech support and they were worthless. Any ideas?
