advice with widows movie maker

im trying to save a movie maker file to movie form and i get errors EVERY TIME>

it has encountered errors and needs to shut down. the closest ive been is 49%.

help? how can i fix this effing program.

    That is why I don't use Windows MM.

    My best advice would be to try saving it as a different/smaller format.

    Other than that I am not sure.

    anybody recommend another movie maker type program??? that i could buy from the net?
