Name order things?

Does anybody know the order of those name thing. You know it starts with Ghost. I'm pretty sure it ends at faithfull (saw someone with over 10,000 posts) but i dunno whats in between. Please enlighten.

    It's been awhile since I went through them, so the memory is kinda hazy. starts with Ghost, then Animal, then maybe I think Dissident?

    somewhere in there is also Soldier of Love, Loveboat Captain, Given to Fly, Red Mosquito...

    I can no longer remember the order or the #s they happen at, sorry...

    but yes, it does appear that Faithfull is where they end...
