Getting concert tickets thru ten.

I had signed up for ten but have not paid yet. Concert tickets say that you must be a member for at least 3 days but news states you can not pay now and get Halifax tickets. What is the real deal. Having signed up before, If I send my cash for membership now, will I be able to purchase tickets after 3 days?
