updates in email

hey all, i was wondering how i get rid of the updates to my prescribed threads in my email, cos i get them everyday and they are annoying as and filling up my inbox. how do i change it so i dont get any updates at all.

    If you click on 'User CP' above, you should be able to unsubcribe to the threads there. Then be sure to click on 'Other Options' on the left...then scroll down to the 'Messaging & Notification' section and change your 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' to "Do not subscribe."
