real player to windows media player

Hey, hope your all doing great.

I downloaded Pearl Jam unplugged from the giventofly.it site and it's saved in real player. How do I change this so I can store it in windows media player as I really want to put it on to CD for long car journeys.

Or alternatively can you create a CD using real player.

Sorry I'm pretty crap with all this technical stuff.
