What are the rules/requirements to get your thread bumped up???

Can I do it, or does Kat or Sea??

    you can do it yourself, i think ppl would only get annoyed if you kept doing it and no one else replied

    Unless if you mean to have it "stuck" to the top. That keeps it on the top of the list, no matter when the last reply was.

    And only Kat or Sea can do that.
