14 minutes

that's how far OFF the board clock is. it has been off 13-14 minutes for quite a looooonnnngggg time now. kinda silly, no? i know i bring up the clock every now and again :p....what can i say, it's a pet peeve of mine. :D can't it be recalibrated or sumthin?

    You can just adjust it in the bios. When your machine boots up, it'll say "press F4 to enter setup" or something similar. If you've already done that, and it keeps lagging, then yer system battery needs changing.

    it's not MY clock...it's the board clock, and no way we can adjust...the mods have to. my clock is fine. :D

    no.once upon a time, the clock was accurate. :eek: shocking i know, but it was! then it was off 1-3 minutes...tops 5. it's only been off 14 minutes this past year. and THAT is outta hand imho. :p


    and travelar...it's only the board clock, not pearljam.com. i think the goods site is fairly accurate. there is no clock on the site to check, but things do seem to go onsale within at least a minute of when they are supposed to. it's just HERE! right now it's 10:37...but my post will appear to be made 14 minutes in the future....

    this is the kind of shit i cant stand. cant keep a clock right, but we expect them to run a pre-sale for a world tour without problems !!! ;)

    well considering the clock has been wrong probably for as long as i've been on here...if they are listening, they're being very cautious about making corrections ;):p:D

    at first, seemed it was still a minute off, but i guess can't be completely synced to the seconds, eh? ;)

    i guess during their weekend scheduled mantainence it perhaps got fixed in the mix? whatever....very cool. yea, lame things like this make me happy. i just like things to be *right*....ahhhhhhh. :p

    hmmmmm...i already find the clock is about 1 minute fast, already. i wonder if this is an inherent flaw, requiring constant correction....and how long it'll be before we're up to the 14 minute gap again? :p
