wireless keyboard owners

do you have this issue? i own a logitech wireless keyboard, and overall, i love it. however, i am finding more and more often that when i type...not all the letters *register*. now i am a fairly hard typist, so it's not that i am failing to apply pressure to the keys. any ideas what to attribute this to? i will say, my keyboard is at a lower level than my monitor, on one of those roll-out shelves....but the bulk of my typing obviously works.....so it piques my curiosity.

I used to use a wireless keyboard and mouse, until I realised I spend far too much time at the PC and the things positively eat batteries. My typing would do the exact same thing when the batteries started dying.

    interesting.
our mouse has this charger base that we put it in each day. so no worries there. i guess perhaps the batteries of the keyboard are finally dying then. i just assumed it would be more pronounced and obvious that they were going, not a slow, letter-by-letter death. :p ha. btw - i use my computer a LOT....and we have this keyboard almost a year? and have yet to replace the batteries. maybe newer models are more efficient with their battery usage? eh....maybe swap out the batteries and see if it does the trick. thanks. :)

I care! Not only about your successful fixing of the problem, but that I actually knew something worthwhile!

Today is a good day all round! Congratulations.

well, thank you for caring! :)
however, sadly, i no longer have this as an 'excuse' for my abysmal typing skills. i now have to own up to the fact that it is 100% me, and not the keyboards fault. :p
