How to save Album art from Adobe?

Just downloaded the Tornto show. I was wondering how to get the pix from the album covers on my Ipod? it is in adobe format.

Open a picture you want to save go to File>Save As, then name it and save to your desktop.
Open iTunes select all the Toronto songs then drag and drop the photo into the Album Cover viewer in iTunes
