bit torrent question

ive been torenting some episodes of "lost"
and they have been taking me like a whole night to download
the one im doing right now is 350 MiB and ive downloaded 10.6 MiB after 15 minutes with 25 seeders

is this slow
or is this okay

    Yeah, depends on your d/l and u/l speeds and how many leechers there are.
