Converting multiple songs on iTunes

Is there any way I can select multiple songs or a group of songs to convert to ACC in iTunes in one go? I cannot figure it out and doing it one at a time is painyfully slow. Thanks for any help

You can throw all the songs you want converted into one folder and then instead of selecting "Add file to library..." you can do "Add folder to library..." then it will add and convert every file in the folder......thats about the only way to do it.

Shit, I've tried doing that but it won't convert them. Im thinking I might have messed with the settings at some point, do know anything about that?
