Verifying Account in Goods Section

I just logged in after a little while and noticed you have to verify your account. I put my info in and it said it would send me an email etc. I didnt receive it yet. How long does it take to receive the email? Its been about 4 hours... keep waiting or send them an email?

    Yes I have the correct email.

    I tried logging in about 4 times and the same message keeps appearing and no emails.

    I sent an email to the address provided there. Fingers crossed

    I got a reply from shipping@tenclub and they told me to check my spam...


    yes, I checked my spam.

    They said servers are slow right now but expect it....

    How long do you think I should wait before bothering them again? I'll be traveling over the weekend and want to be ready for the Monday poster sale.

    I have been waiting for my authetication mail since Monday when I was trying the mystery poster sale, but not received it yet as of Thursday. My account page says the mail has been sent to my address. I have checked all the folders including spam folder but nothing.
    Before the mystery poster sale, my account page looked normal. I could see all my purchase history. But when I added a poster in my cart, it suddenly instructed me to authenticate my account. What is this???
