I was listening to a vegan podcast and it opened with a live greatful dead song. Probably less than 30 seconds. I didn't know if that was possible, but if greatful dead bootlegs are freely traded, then is the live concert up for grabs?
I'm asking this because I may want to put a live concert sound bit in my podcast to open it (if I ever get it off the ground) and since PJ bootleg concerts are freely traded it doesn't seem like a 10 second bit would be a problem.
I once tried to read the creative common license thing, and I couldn't understand it. Any ideas?
