i'm hoping this is the place to ask.... does anyone know how i can convert music files to burn to a cd-r? i downloaded a bunch of shows from pearljamlive.com and i can't burn them to cd... i just wanna be able to listen to them in my car or home stereo and would never sell them for profit... windows media player just tells me "cannot copy"... any help would be greatly appreciated. As far as I know, you can legally burn write protected material onto cd using the program mentioned on this site:

Oh, silly me. I just thought. Those pearljamlive.com files are .asx files, not .wma. Sorry.0

There is a way to do it, but it will cost you money (about $30):
