Streaming Videos from the BBC website

I went to Reading Festival over the weekend and have found that the BBC have videos up for most of the bands that played.
What I would like to know is, is there a way that I can either download or stream these videos onto my computer without having to buy any specific software (free software is ok though, can't buy as I have no £ thanks to the weekend!)
I've googled it, but to be honest it did go over my head so I am hoping that someone out here will be able to explain the process to me!
