So I tried to log in at the goods section and I get this cookies thing and I have to test it and it says there was a "cookietestfailure".

What does that mean and how do I fix it so that come Monday I can go after pre-sale tixs?

Thanks for any help!

It means that your security settings are too tight and are blocking the cookies that the web site is trying to place on your computer. If you're using IE, go to Tools->Internet Options and click the Privacy tab. From there you can either relax all security by moving the slider to a lower level ('Low' or 'Accept All Cookies') or by allowing cookies from that specific web site by clicking the Sites button and entering in the 10 C site (this would be the preferred method that you use).
  • I already did exactly that and I still fail my cookie test. Any more advise out there?

Try deleting the existing cookies (note: this will cause you to lose any stored username/password combos that you have saved) and then try the test again.

that is odd if you went into Internet options and put the cookie filter to the lowest setting it should work.

I assume you hit apply then ok and it still did not work for you.

I had the problem you did but when i adjusted my settings it worked.

    sorry wish i coudl help

some versions of IE had an option to enable/disable cookies under the internet options checklist

also it could be your virus protection as well.
try disabling that and the other stuff mentioned and if that does not work email tenclub
