A bug in vBulletin or in Firefox?

I use Firefox. Often but not always, when I am on this board and making either a post or sending a PM, I will hit the apostrophe key on my keyboard, only to activate the "Find in this page" bar in the bottom of my browser window. I cannot, when this happens, produce an apostrophe by typing. Does anyone know what is up, technically?

Is it a vBulletin or Firefox bug? The thing is, this does not happen to me other than on the Message Pit.

    It's a setting in Firefox

    type about:Config in the address bar an hit enter.

    find anywhere it says accessibility.typeaheadfind.xxxxxxxx
    Change all the values to false where applicable

    That should do it
