the only way I can download old transactions from my online back account is with quicken or MS Money 2006. So last year I paid for and downloaded MS Money 2006.

That didn't work because I kept getting this message saying that Microsoft is still working on online issues with MS Money 2006. So, I ordered paper copies of the transactions from the bank and forgot all about it.

I needed old transactions again tonight and tried again to download them with my MS Money 2006. Now it won't recognize my e-mail/password combination.

I reset the password twice and can fully view my Windows Live account, so I know that my MS Money 2006 login does in fact exist and that it is properly being keyed.

So, I go to the customer service option in my Windows Live account and attempt to send a help request through the website. Every time I click "submit" when I'm done typing my request, my browser just errors out. So WTF?!

Haha, man. I don't even bother with that junk.
I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire
