Problems with FLAC, need help!

I just purchased a new computer with Windows Vista, and I am having problems with the FLAC program.

When I try to decode files, I get an error message, "Run time error: '75': Path/file access error."

Anybody know what I can do to fix this problem?

Did you install Flac Frontend? Your media player may not recognize Flacs
