Ipod question

Odd thing...

I just connected my Ipod to my computer, after having downloaded the latest update for I tunes... the Ipod is charging, but is not appearing as connected in Itunes. I have restarted and switched off disconnecting everything.

Why, oh why? :(

I want to update it with the new boots I bought :p
... and the will to show I will always be better than before.

    your ipod is probably fucked...hope you got the warranty.

    No it's not, just had to reset it.

    I formatted mine to my eMac at work. My PC doesn't recognize a Mac formated iPod. However, a Mac will recognize a PC formated one.

    I just got something called MacDrive 6 for my PC which allowed it to see my Mac formatted iPod.

    I also got the iPod Ripper so that I can exchange songs with friends who have iPods.
