Ipod question

I was having corrupt file issues on my superold version of Itunes, so I decided to download the new one.

Unfortunately, I had my Ipod connected while I downloaded it. I had to brutally unplug it because it would not appear on the Itunes. When I plugged it back in a window opened telling me that I had to reformat my Ipod for use with Windows. I clicked on cancel because I didn't like the word reformat. Then the itunes stopped responding and now when I try to open it the autoplay thingy springs out. The Ipod is still plugged in and tells me not to disconnect...

In other words... what the fuck is going on :p
... and the will to show I will always be better than before.

  • Relaunch iTunes and see if it behaves properly. If it does, plug in your iPod and reformat it. You may have corrupted it when you pulled the plug. Then resync it with iTunes - providing that all of your music is still on iTunes. If it isn't, do a search of your heard drive for the iTunes folder and reimport the music folder. Then resync.

Itunes is crap on PC. Works great on Macs tho.
