OK I purchased some music at work today which wasn't a good idea I guess. I'm trying to transfer the music I bought from my work PC to my personal PC and I can't because of this stupid copyright protection crap. My work PC has no CD burner no speakers, nothing to allow me to listen to the music...

What can do to get music I purchased from one PC to another?

Please help

I guess it wont let you put it on a memory key or anything? I don't really buy music from iTunes and such myself, I like to have the cd in my hand so I can't be much help.
I suppose you could try emailing whoever you bought it from and explaining the situation?

Tell them you love them. Never let the mundane, the unimportant, or worse, the misunderstood, be the final words of parting.

    Tell them.

Any chance of taking the hard drive home for a night?

You can then install it in your home PC, burn the CD, move the file to your hard drive, and bring the hard drive back the next day.
    ~!~ Peace ~!~ Love ~!~ Pearl Jam ~!~
  • If you bought the music off itunes they allow you to share with a 5 computer limit.

When the box comes up asking you if you want to authorise this computer click yes and then put your pin code in and you should be set..

Did it happen to be Woolworth's, by any chance?
Liberace was great on the piano but he sucked on the organ.

    Why does that matter?
  • Well, if you want help, we need to know where you bought your songs.

It doesn't, really. I just find it kind of funny.
