Will this post to a specific post while still showing the rest of the thread??

    I am using vB code to do this quickly when you want to link to a post that is in the middle of a thread but still have the rest of the thread show up with the link. I know the little number on each thread is linkable....but that just opens up the post by itself...not with the rest of the thread.


    [post]number[/post] usage.


    I figured it out......it is the number in the URL of the post number on each post....for example:

    http://forums.pearljam.com/showpost.php?p=1831546&postcount=9

    I highlighted the number that you want to put between the [post] [/post] brackets.
