Problems downloading with utorrent

I have installed utorrent1.6.1, now Ive visited btmon.com and gone to download, when I click to download torrent and then open I immediatly recieve an error box:
The specified module could not be found. Loadlibrary (pythondll) failed.
So errrrrrr, have I installed incorrectly or what?????
