Problem with Nero

done a discography torrent, tryed to open it & some way in it says "the maximum number of entries in the audio compilation is 99"
yeah I guess its a v large file, now the box that appears just pops up again when I click on OK, so the thing is jammed.
thats not a major prob, but is there another way for me to open it? or even to just pick through the files and take out segments at a time ?
I can just try myself but my technical incompetence could lead me into trouble & this aint my machine y´know.
speaking of incompetence,,,,,,,,how do I insert an icon within my text as just about every other poster knows how to do, when I click on it appears next to the title & I cannot move it.
