Hover over thread for preview gone

So I got a new computer at work and something I've noticed is that I can no longer hover my cursor over the title of a thread to get a preview of the first 4 or 5 lines. Is there somekind of setting I need to change in my internet options? We're still rolling with IE6 here.

    it is more than likely the security settings being higher on the new machine's browser
