Bit Torrent Upload Help..PLEASE!

i am trying to upload a torrent and i keep getting this message


Aborting the torrent as it was rejected by the tracker while not connected to any peers. Message from the tracker: requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker"


anybody, please... help help... thanks.

    how many seeders does the torrent have? if there are none you can't connect to anyone
