Recently got mine fixed. Anyway I let the battery run low and when I go to charge it my i-pod is not coming up on i-tunes. All I have on my I-pod is the apple symbol and the odd time . Low battery charging but in red and not the flickering green normal charging one

    how long has it been charging? have you tried giving it a hard-restart?

    How is that done? It is now at Disk mode( never seen this before)

    does it sync to the computer in disk mode? A hard reset is holding the menu button (top) and the middle button (in between the wheel), holding those for about 5 seconds makes the i-pod restart, often times fixing problems with them.... at least from my experience

    It appeared before on I-tunes and my i-pod but won't even show on my computer that my i-pod is connected to i-tunes

    I went to update stuff on i-tunes while then going to charge and something happened in the between the updation so I couldn't charge

    what kind of i-pod is it?
    the generation and the size, too. Are you just charging thru the computer or/also wall charging?

    I-pod classic 40,000 songs. I tried the computer. I am now trying the brother playstation
