converting zip files

Is there a way of converting songs off zip files to mp3 mode? I want to put some of bootlegs on cd.

    errrrmmm, just unzip them?
    rightclick the folder they're in, select unzip/extract to.. and select the location you want them to be in.

    might have misunderstood the problem though :s

    When I extract them can I convert them to mp3 playing files. I want the songs on the zip file to go onto a cd
