Tools->Manage Add-Ons
You can type everything out here.
Or you can download hijackthis and it will print a log for you, then you can copy and paste it here.
Otherwise, we don't know what the add-ons are either.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php
And download HijackThis, then run Hijackthis.exe and select "Do a System Scan and Save a Log File" then copy the text it spits out and paste it here.

Back up the registry first.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate and then click the subkey that contains the value that you want to edit.
4. On the File menu, click Export.
5. In the Save in box, select a location where you want to save the Registration Entries (.reg) file, type a file name in the File name box, and then click Save.

Go back to Hijackthis, I'll explain some things first before we do anything there.
BHOs are Browser Helper Objects, these are the IE add-ons
I would suggest removing all of these things because I'm not sure what they do, you can try googling them to find out more about them, but they aren't required.

These entries are programs that start-up when you load windows, most of these aren't required, and are just there to preload your programs, but you can load them when you actually need them, I've put some links to their descriptions and my recommendation

The O9 entries are extra buttons for your browser and most are just for convenience, I typically remove all of them, but this one in particular is missing it's file
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {e2e2dd38-d088-4134-82b7-f2ba38496583} - %windir%\Network Diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe (file missing)
Winlogon Notify entries are usually associated with Malware and are pretty much never required, remove all of these entries
O20 - Winlogon Notify: abr - C:\WINDOWS\Config\abr.dll
WinTotal - Spyware
O20 - Winlogon Notify: igfxcui - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igfxdev.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: WgaLogon - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WgaLogon.dll
To remove the above entries, check them in Hijackthis and select "Fix Checked", then you should try to delete all the files, some files will be in use and you won't be able to remove them until you reboot, some of these entries may pop back in there if they are malware, in which case you will have to download a "delete on boot" program to delete them before windows starts.
There is a tutorial for using Hijackthis here
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html
Thanks
Just one problem sorry
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dla] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dla\tfswct rl.exe
Is apparently required for you CD-Rom to read burnt discs, so you might want to leave that one or re-add it.
O20 - Winlogon Notify: igfxcui - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igfxdev.dl l
This is why I hate Dell, HP, Compaq, etc...
I build computers and never have to have this shit running to make my equipment work. Yet, when you buy a pre-built machine they have all this required junk on them. :(
*edit*
just popped into my head

Did you recently update anything or install any new programs?
Or is this a long-time issue?
