How can I print a dvd artwork to fit a dvd case

Does anyone know how I can print a dvd cover to fit a dvd case properly? Where can I download free software to do this?

if you have nero with 'extras' click on 'extras' on far right of main menu ---> click make label or cover ---- > there should be a 'dvd case' icon in the menu on the left, beyond that i'm not sure, never used that part of nero yet

unfortunately, i do not have nero. is nero free? where do i get it?

any other ideas?
