Ipod/Itunes Question

I'm trying to put music from my computer to my girlfriends IPOD. It keeps saying that it is not authorized. Is there a way to open it up without deleting her previous files? Thanks a ton.

    i think there is a way. a friend of mine hooked his iPod up to my computer and took whatever he wanted. not sure how he did it but i know he downloaded something called iPod Copy.
