Converting FLAC to MP3

Can anyone tell me exactly how to do it? I dont ahve NERO to just burnt he FLACS to CD and ITunes wont read FLAC and winamp's bruning portion sucks. So any help would be great.

The whole point of flac files is that they can be decoded back to wavs without losing any sound quality. To do that, all you need is this.

From there, burn your wavs to CD, then convert them to mp3 for your iPod if you need to.
