Bootlegs application problems....

I have java on my computer, but for some reason when i try to open the pearl jam bootlegs application, the java window pops up and says loading.... but nothign ever comes up.
I have used the bootleg thing to download WWS with no problems, anybody know how to help?

They've change the application I think. I had the same issue on my PC so I tried on my laptop which didn't have the origianl downloader on.
When I went there it launched a webpage with the java app built in.
