I already used the search function to see if someone had this problem. Im getting a timeout/cookie message when i try to log in. I tried adjusting my security level from med. to med-low. I even tried on a different computer. Should I have my security level set to a certain custom level? I never had probs before.

Any advice would be appreciated..I just want to preorder the box set!

Thanks.
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    Hi,
What browser are you using? Windows or Mac OS?
You may want to "refresh" after you change your security settings. Sometimes that is cached. Alternatively you may want to try firefox
    http://getfirefox.com

When you login to the store your computer establishes a session via your browser. That session information is transferred via a cookie. If that cookie cannot initially make it across to your machine the session is denied. If you change or lower your settings that denial may "stick" in a cache. Clicking the "refresh" button in your browser should reset the cache after you make changes.

    Thanks
