How do you insert the reason for editing?

I've noticed that some people have been able to give the reason for editing a post. How can I do that?

Sometimes I have typos that I notice later and I'd like to be able to note that as the reason for the edit.

Could someone tell me how to do that?

    when you edit your post..a box appears above the title...

    insert your reason there....
