Can someone please let me know what programs I need to download in order to record a webstream? I want to record the Gutter Twins Lolla performance but I have no idea how. Thanks!!

One way is to use a sound card recorder. This type of program records whatever is being sent through your sound card to your speakers, so you are getting an analog copy of whatever's playing, not a digital copy of the stream that's downloading. I have used this as an easy way to strip the copy protection off Windows Media Player protected files.

The program I used was called All Sound Recorder, I think. I know I didn't pay for it but I don't remember whether it was freeware or just a trial version. Just a warning, if you're going to use a software crack search like astalavista, make sure you have virus protection running, and I would recommend Process Guard as well.

    Good luck!

great set by the gutter twins. i heard just the last few minutes. didn't know the greg dulli father was from kalamata, greece. :)

i use windows media recorder. i have already captured yesterday broadcast (missed the first 2 acts) via asf file.

today though, got it recorded, from the beginning of the day. :)
