Can't I have different settings on my mouse?

I seem to remember that you can slow down the speed of it for kids or something like that. Am I remembering right or what? How would I do that if it's possible?

Slow down the movement?

Start -> Control panel -> Double click on mouse -> Change movement speed. You'll have to change it back once they are done though. Other than that, try creating a separate user account for them and maybe it'll keep those settings there.
