is there any program that actually removes all of it?? i've tried a bunch of programsand they find the stuff and i select delete and i reboot and it's still there...i've even gone into the registry and manually deleted it myselff where it said it was and i reboot and it's still there!! it's getting annoying...what program actually gets rid of it all for good? i'm sure they constantly change the locations and all to make it harder but it's frustrating

I use Spybot Search and Destroy, and Adaware together. They both cover spots the other one misses, and it works very well.Life reveals what is dealt through seasons

There's another free program called SpyCatcher:

1) Run Spywareblaster religiously every time you turn your computer on
2) Run Ad-Aware and/or Spybot (my favorite) once a week
3) If you are up for the task of reading forums, using Hijackthis occassionally. IT IS NOT FOR NOVICE USERS.
4) Use a Kaspersky trial but delete the program from your computer when you are done using it once...it can kill your memory.Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"

There's also a free trial program called UnHackMe. It can with limited success help get rid of those otherwise invincible rootkit trojans.

I do this all the time for work.
The 3 I use are ad-aware, Spybot and Ewido.
Ewido is pretty kickass.
http://www.ewido.com and download a trial version. Gets rid of a ton of stuff the rest don't detect."Lick the dirt off Olajuwon's feet"0
