Burning FLV files

would i be able to burn this to a dvd disc? could i convert it to something, that wouldn't lose too much quality, that could burn it to a dvd disc? or would i be stuck w/ a vcd?

    yes you can convert it but unfortunately the resolution will be very very poor considering FLV files are low quality to start with.
