per synergy, if you had been banned before and register for this new board, you may be held to pay a $2300 registration fee. whats up with this?

If they decide to take legal action, I guess they would have to subpoena you. But I really doubt they would go to all that trouble. They would just ban you from this board until you paid up. Thank God I was unbanned from the old board just before this one opened up.

That isn't what it says. It applies only to this board.

Are you planning on a banning? lol

Love all around and have a great holiday weekend.

Why? I know I wouldn't want to have to go around re-banning all the same assholes who were banned from the previous board. Maybe this will deter some people from being such idiots.

You know as well as I that they have no intention of collection 2300 bucks. If you are cool on this board, then you have nothing to worry about. If you are a dick on this board and you were also banned from the last board, then this lets you know they won't put up with your shit.

  • It should be like a parking fine, no more than $15 a go each time, not a whopping $2300!! Where-ever did they get that sort of figure from? Is that their budget for running a board for the year or something? :?

  • is how they settled on 2300. I mean, why not go all out and say KABILLION dollars or at least a nice round 2500. and anyone who wants to know where the info came from obviously didn't read the rules and regs they agreed to. ;)

I just figured it was a #23 reference, since Ed's a big Jordan fan, and there have been references to that number before on the No Code CD label, once or twice in Untitled, etc.
On the plus side, a lot of really stupid people get themselves banned, so they might believe it and not bother. After all, TECHNICALLY they did agree to pay it.
