  • Nice work! It's great isn't it? A lot of people have just never listened to it through and lazily assume that "it sucks".

It was written by Nick DiDia though not PJ.

  • One of the best songs ever! Never knew that the band didn't write it.
  • When I heard the first few notes of Olympic Platinum back in the summer of 96, I knew that I would laugh my ass off by the end of the song. Favourite moment has got to be when Eddie goes "I'll sing like Whitnee-ee-ee-yee" and then it's followed by Stone's falsetto "sing like Whitney".

Oh, and the "How long can I hold my breath and stay underwater and wave my legs around in perfect unison with my partner who doesn't really understand me and my Olympic dream, my Olympic dream". One of those rare glimpses of their sense of humor at a time when everyone thought Pearl Jam were a dour band.
