I used to love watching Red Dwarf but it is so hard to find in syndication in the US. Anyone else? And maybe you can tell me if you know anything about the movie that was supposed to come out.

LOVE Red Dwarf
I heard rumours about a movie approx 5-7 years ago... would be bad ass! Not heard anything recently though :(
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
Maybe they've left it too late for a film to work now, but Craig Charles has voyaged in space many times since according to the tabloids,
They did have a movie planned and supposedly in production but it never came to fruition. The original actors were going to play the characters in the movie too.
Here's a cool link for all the fans!

I have a Mr Flibble glove puppet.
Only thing I know about the film is that it didn't really drum up enough interest to get a good cash investment.
Question for the OP...did you ever see the pilot of the Red Dwarf remake they made for the US? I've heard it's awful.

I've seen the pilot for the American one. It's the worst thing ever to happen to Humanity. And that is not an exaggeration.
